A morning full of flavour and energy

Mornings at our table are a real treat. Freshly baked pastries, South Tyrolean speck, aromatic cheese, and many other regional products await to be discovered. There are also scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and sausages, freshly prepared to your liking. And of course, great coffee is never missing – whether an espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, or classic filter coffee. For guests with specific requirements, we also offer vegan and gluten-free options such as bread and yoghurt.

Wherever possible, we keep things local – short supply chains and ingredients from the region, for honest flavours with a genuine connection to the Dolomites.

What you should know

  • Breakfast: daily from 7:30 to 10:00 am
  • Breakfast for external guests: €18 (on request)
  • Dinner: served between 7:00 and 8:00 pm, we offer a 3-course menu with two choices for starter and main course – including a vegetarian menu. Twice a week, cold starters are also on offer.
