You get on your bike – and you are right in the middle of a cycling holiday in the Dolomites. The first few metres still take you through the village, then it gets quieter, wider, more open. From Santa Cristina and Selva, the trails lead you across alpine pastures, up to striking mountain passes, and time and again to views that seem made for a brief pause.
Passes, alpine meadows, panoramas
Whether on a mountain bike, gravel bike, or road bike – around Selva you will find tours that bring the Dolomites to life from entirely different perspectives.
Some of the finest routes begin right on your doorstep:
Coming back after a tour, parking your bike safely, and winding down the day in a relaxed way – that is exactly what a cycling holiday should feel like. At the Kristiania, you will find everything you need for just that.
Around Selva and Santa Cristina, you’ll find a wide range of routes – from relaxed tours across Alpe di Siusi to challenging passes such as Sella Pass and Gardena Pass. The Sellaronda is also a highlight for bikers.
There is no in-house bike rental, but we cooperate with local partners where you can rent bikes and e-bikes.
Guided bike tours are organized through our partners. We are happy to assist with planning and arrangements.
The region offers routes for all levels – from easy trails to technically demanding routes and long mountain passes, suitable for both beginners and experienced bikers.
We recommend a helmet, appropriate clothing, sufficient water and a basic repair kit. We are happy to advise you individually depending on your planned tour.
