A few practical notes to ensure your stay at the Kristiania gets off to a relaxed start from the very beginning.

Arrival & departure:

• Check-in from 2:00 pm
• Check-out by 10:00 am
• Late check-out available on request and subject to an additional charge, depending on availability
• Pick-up from the nearest bus stop or an agreed meeting point available on prior request

Smoking:

Smoking is only permitted outside our premises. Smoking is not allowed in rooms, the restaurant, or any communal areas.

Dogs:

Your four-legged friends are more than welcome to join you on holiday – we charge €30.00 per day (excluding food) and, if required, an end-of-stay cleaning fee (€70.00). We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area.
Please note: in Italy, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and a muzzle is generally required on public transport and ski lifts.

Payment:

We accept the following methods of payment: cash, debit/credit card, and bank transfer.

Cancellation policy:

Sometimes the unexpected happens. The following cancellation conditions apply to your  booking:

Up to 3 months before the start of your holiday: free cancellation
3 months to 1 month before the start of your holiday: 40% of the total arrangement price
1 month to 1 week before the start of your holiday: 70% of the total arrangement price
In the final week before arrival or in the event of a no-show: 90% of the total arrangement price
In the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure: the full price (100%) of the stay will be charged.

All prices are per person per night and include half board.

Local tax:

The local tax amounts to €3.60 per night for all guests aged 14 and over, and is charged on site.

Children’s discounts

• 0–1 years: stay free of charge
• 2–5 years: –50%
• 6–11 years: –30%
• 12–15 years: –20%

(Discounts apply when sharing a room with two full-paying guests.)

Supplements & discounts:

• Short stays: up to 2 nights → +20%
• Single occupancy of a double room: a supplement of at least 50% applies. During certain periods, the full double room rate may be charged.
• Third or fourth person on an extra bed: 10% discount on the room rate.
