Cancellation policy:

Sometimes the unexpected happens. The following cancellation conditions apply to your  booking:

Up to 3 months before the start of your holiday: free cancellation
3 months to 1 month before the start of your holiday: 40% of the total arrangement price
1 month to 1 week before the start of your holiday: 70% of the total arrangement price
In the final week before arrival or in the event of a no-show: 90% of the total arrangement price
In the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure: the full price (100%) of the stay will be charged.

Travel cancellation insurance:

So that you can look forward to your holiday without worry, we recommend taking out our cancellation insurance. This protects you from charges should you be unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances.
