Holiday Cancellation Insurance

Before your holiday unexpected things sometimes happen. With our Holiday Cancellation Insurance you are covered financially.  Should you be delayed, need to depart early, or have to cancel a booked hotel stay, you may be liable to pay your entire booking, according to EU law.  To avoid these additional costs in such cases we recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance, so that the costs will be covered by your ELVIA holiday cancellation insurance.

General terms and conditions

Our charges are per person in halfboard - breakfast on the buffet, dinner with salad bar. This charges are for a minimum stay of 3 days.

Week charges: samples for a week of stay in halfboard including sauna
Week charges are only from (arrival) saturday till (departure) saturday!

On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 1 pm, and on the day of departure the rooms have to be vacated by 10 am.

Should you arrive after 6 pm, please inform us in advance. Otherwise we reserve us the right to delete the room(s).(this only if rooms are booked without deposit/account - short-dated bookings!

In case of late arrival or premature departure the room rate (without board) will be charged. Price adjustment reserved.
