Allergies
Cuisine: Our chef gladly adapts to your individual needs and gluten or lactose-free food is available upon request. Please inform us in advance of these needs so that we can prepare your food correctly. Rooms: seven rooms are designed for people with allergies and have wooden floors. Contact us personally for more detailed information.

Architectural barriers
Some of our rooms can be accessed without architectural barriers, including our bar, dining room and beauty and massages area. If you need detailed information, please contact us personally.

Arrival & departure
Check in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and check-out before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Possibility of late check out on demand and for a fee. How to find us: see here.

Bathrobe…
… bath slippers and pool towels for our wellness area will be available in your room upon arrival.

Beauty
Our Lani Stuffer is a qualified massage therapist and has a diploma in beauty treatments - you will be in good hands! Her beauty treatments, manicures, pedicures and nail art will enhance your natural beauty. Bicycles
Our hotel is a perfect starting point for trails and paths of all levels of difficulty. We offer a bicycle storage room, bike rental and e-bikes on special conditions, and GoPro rentals and washing services for a fee.

Breakfast
You can gain your strength in the morning thanks to our rich buffet and coffee, tea and fresh herbal teas. On request we offer breakfast for early risers or for guests that wake up late.

Dinner
Our chef combines healthy Mediterranean cuisine with the flavours of Alpine cuisine. His dishes range from the South Tyrolean to Italian classics, but prefers to combine the two cultures different dishes. In the evening you can enjoy a buffet of fresh salads and an up-scale menu accompanied by fine wines. We start serving dinner at 19:00 p.m.

Excursions and free time
Our hotel is located in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. Opportunities for excursions and free time activities are almost limitless. Our Tourist Association organises a full program of daily activities, in which you can participate. We can also recommend and reveal the lesser-known places!

Parking
Our guests can use the parking around our hotel for free.

Payment
You can pay your bill in cash, by credit card (debit, Master card, Visa) or by advanced bank transfer. Cash payments are subject to the limit of 4,999.99 € per person.

Pets
Your pets can come on vacation with you without problems. Italian law states that dogs must be kept on a leash. A muzzle is required on ski lifts. A rate of 20,00 € will be applied for each pet. To respect the needs of the other guests please do not bring your pets into the dining room.

Ski bus and skiing area
Access to the world-famous Sellaronda ski area is 300 meters from our hotel. During the winter months, you can reach the ski area easily with the free ski bus that stops directly outside our hotel. You can return to the hotel directly from the ski slopes.

Ski service
You can store your winter equipment in our ski storage room with individual lockable lockers and integrated boot dryer. If you want to rent equipment, please contact us directly - we organise rentals at special prices for our guests.

Smokers
Enjoy many places to sit outdoors. You can also smoke on our balconies. However, you cannot smoke in the rooms, dinning room and common areas.

Transport service to the hotel
If you arrive by public transport, we will be happy to pick you up at the nearest bus stop or at the agreed meeting point. For organisational reasons, please request this service in advance.

Trip cancellation insurance
Obviously, we hope you can leave for your vacation as planned. However, if you have to cancel your vacation, we apply our cancellation conditions (see cancellation). To allow you to plan your holidays without worries, we recommend adhering to our trip cancellation insurance.

Vegetarians
We would be pleased to also serve vegetarian or vegan dishes. In this case please contact us in advance so we can be better prepared.

Well being
Our small well-being area features a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool and relaxation area. Use is free and included in the hotel price.

Wi-Fi
Our entire hotel has free Wi-Fi Internet.
