He cooks up traditional dishes, imaginative variations of international and - of course - healthy Mediterranean cuisine dishes prepared with local raw materials. Culinary higlights - Utmost pleasure

Succumb and be blown away. On a culinary journey. You can savour soft entrecôtes, fresh lasagna with pesto and tasty cherry tomatoes, delicious monkfish with bacon and aubergine cream and balsamic vinegar, and, as a grand finale, banana mousse with chocolate sponge cake and vanilla sauce. A holiday that promises to be fabulous!
While our chef Mauro has delighted our guests for over 10 years now with his wonderful flights of culinary fancy, our sommeliers Markus and Lukas Stuffer can recommend some noble nectar from our highly respected wine cellar.
